At Mindful Waters we work diligently to maintain the cleanest and safest space possible for both you and our team. To do so, we request your help in observing the following guidelines:

- MW is a co-ed facility built for ages16 and up. 

- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

- Dogs are not allowed with occasional exception of the owners dog, Duncan.

- Towels are here for your use, we ask you be mindful to prevent any staining due to self tanning or hair dyes.

- Replacement towel fee is $10

- Pricing of all items and services are subject to change. 

- Please be respectful of the equipment and treat it with care.

- All services are used at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injures.

-.We are a small local business. Occasionally events may cause our hours and class schedule to change.

- All Memberships require a valid credit card on file. Our system automatically saves cards used to pay for services on your account. Apple pay does not save.

- Memberships will automatically renew unless canceled. 

- Memberships canceled after charge will be refunded less 5% processing fee. 

- Please arrive on time. We ask you be respectful by entering and leaving each treatment room with your belongings.

- We do our best to reunite you with any items left behind however we cannot be responsible for lost items.

- Broken bottles are not replaced for free.  They must be purchased

- Replacement bottle tops must also be purchased. 

- All purchases are non-refundable. Unopened Product Returns made in 30 days are eligible for store credit .
