Mindful Waters is OPEN to refill your ionized water bottles and we ask that you make spa service reservations 24 hours in advance.
We will ask to secure your payment at that time.
We use the latest cleaning processes employing UV Light, Ozone, isopropyl alcohol, hydrogen peroxide and essential oils, while avoiding the use of cleaning products that add unnecessary toxins to the environment. We work hard to provide a pleasing and personal experience and we diligently clean each space between use, wiping down all surfaces as well as circulating and disinfecting air with sanitizing aromatic oils.

What is Floating?
Floating is also known as Sensory Deprivation Therapy. This unique therapeutic experience reduces external stimuli as much as possible to help the body achieve a natural restorative state. The water in a sensory deprivation tank is heated to body temperature, softening the perception of where your body ends and the water begins. The water is saturated with Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate), providing buoyancy so you float with ease.
As you float weightless in silence and darkness, the brain enters into a deeply relaxed state. The benefits range from improved focus and perception, in addition to improved sleep cycles. Notably used by professional athletes to speed up recovery time, floating increases circulation and blood flow to support natural healing properties.
Through the facilitation of a deeply meditative experience, float therapy soothes the body's nervous system.
A sensory deprivation tank experience has been shown to improve conditions such as anxiety disorders, stress, and chronic pain. Many individuals experience feelings of happiness and euphoria, feeling more optimistic following flotation therapy sessions.

Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC) involves immersing the body in a cold chamber, which emits vapors that reach extremely low temperatures ranging from -110℃ to -160 ℃ (around -160℉ to -220℉). This is usually done for an interval of 2 to 4 minutes.
Cryotherapy can include localized treatment or whole-body exposure to subzero temperatures to decrease inflammation, increase cellular survival, decrease pain and spasms, and promote overall health. It is not a medical procedure, but a non-invasive option for people seeking alternative treatments, fast recovery and better health.
WBC speeds the natural recovery of the body to help repair damage or injury. Resulting in increased collagen production and hours of increased metabolic rate, Cryotherapy triggers the body to burn extra calories for up to 8 hours.
