HOW IT WORKS

The infrared sauna is one of the hottest trends in spa treatments. During an infrared light therapy treatment, infrared rays warm your body directly, instead of heating up the air around you the way a traditional sauna would. Many patients find that this is a more comfortable and pleasant sauna experience.


An infrared sauna heats your body more deeply for more dramatic results than a traditional sauna. The temperatures are also lower than a traditional sauna, so you can stay in longer while experiencing a more intense, detoxifying sweat.

INFRARED SAUNA

During your infrared light therapy session, you'll sit in a small infrared pod that will deliver the heat straight to your body. Temperatures range between 120 and 140 degrees. Sessions can last anywhere between 10 minutes and 40 minutes, depending on your experience level and your body's sensitivity to heat.

We recommend that first-time sauna users start with shorter sessions to adjust to the experience and work your way up to a longer treatment. We also encourage our customers to use the sauna several times per week to experience the full benefits.
